He is the Chief Pharmacy Officer of XiFin Pharmacy Solutions and brings over a decade of experience in pharmacy consulting, medical informatics, transitions of care, and the integration of clinical services in the retail pharmacy space.

Formerly, Shelley served as the executive vice president of client relations, and revenue cycle product management, responsible for building client partnerships and implementing products and services that mutually grow businesses. With nearly 20 years of domain experience, Shelley is well respected in the pharmacy industry for her revenue cycle management expertise as well as her ability to drive operational improvements aligned with medical billing policies.

Harley Ross holds a cross-functional strategic role working with the executive leadership team to oversee XiFin’s efforts associated with a go-to-market strategy for new and existing markets as well as strategic product integration initiatives. Harley will build on XiFin’s forward-thinking approach to healthcare IT solutions to gain traction for additional business development and expansion opportunities and brings more than 20 years of experience with a varied background in sales, marketing, operations, and product development. Harley was previously EVP/Chief Revenue Officer at Quadax, leading sales strategy for the company’s revenue cycle services division. Harley has a proven track record on several complex projects and service offerings to help create custom solutions for HCPs and is passionate about how technology and data can drive better patient outcomes as we continue to see the healthcare delivery and reimbursement market trends drive us into a new paradigm especially post-COVID.
