As Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at XiFin, Mike helps drive sales, product development, optimization, and execution of the revenue cycle management solutions, including XiFin Empower RCM. Mike has over 20 years of hands-on industry experience in revenue cycle management, billing and receivables management, and IT expertise. Before joining XiFin, Mike was Manager of Revenue Cycle at Mayo Clinic Laboratories. He has also held roles as a Senior Systems Analyst and Business Office Coordinator. Mike holds a BS in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Ben Conroy
Director of RCM Operations for Pharmacy

Currently, director of RCM operations for pharmacy, Ben has over 15 years of experience in the management of healthcare operations. Prior to joining XiFin, Ben was senior operations manager, overseeing the ADX Division at Change Healthcare, and prior to that was senior operations manager at McKesson, where he managed both client accounts and operations. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Masters of Healthcare Management from Champlain College.
