He brings over two decades of experience in pharmacy consulting, medical informatics, transitions of care, publications, independent pharmacy practice, and integrating clinical services in the retail pharmacy space. Before joining XiFin, David helped co-found STRAND Clinical Technologies, the U.S. market leader in helping pharmacists launch clinical services within their community. Pope holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia.

Jeff Carmichael

Senior Vice President, Engineering and Analytics

Jeff Carmichael is the Senior Vice President of Engineering and Analytics at XiFin, Inc. He brings over 20 years of engineering leadership experience across networking, security, and healthcare software and systems. At XiFin, he oversees the engineering, data, and analytics teams, driving the development of cutting-edge technology, analytical solutions, and artificial intelligence (AI) that enhance efficiency and innovation for XiFin Empower, the company’s robust healthcare technology infrastructure that combines automation, data analytics, and AI to facilitate end-to-end connectivity and workflow optimization.

With a career-long focus on data-driven insights and predictive modeling, Jeff leads the development of the company’s analytics initiatives, including XiFin’s Lab Volume Index (LVI) and Payor Rate Transparency Monitor (PRTM), empowering healthcare organizations with actionable intelligence.

Before joining XiFin, he directed global software development for LSI Corp.’s network and security division and held senior leadership roles at successful startups and Intel. He has a B.A. in Mathematics from San Jose State University.

Mike Fauver

VP, Enterprise Solutions

As Vice President of Enterprise Solutions at XiFin, Mike helps drive sales, product development, optimization, and execution of the revenue cycle management solutions, including XiFin Empower RCM. Mike has over 20 years of hands-on industry experience in revenue cycle management, billing and receivables management, and IT expertise. Before joining XiFin, Mike was Manager of Revenue Cycle at Mayo Clinic Laboratories. He has also held roles as a Senior Systems Analyst and Business Office Coordinator. Mike holds a BS in Business Management from Minnesota State University, Mankato, and an MBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.

Ben Conroy

Director of RCM Operations for Pharmacy

XiFin, Inc.

Currently, director of RCM operations for pharmacy, Ben has over 15 years of experience in the management of healthcare operations. Prior to joining XiFin, Ben was senior operations manager, overseeing the ADX Division at Change Healthcare, and prior to that was senior operations manager at McKesson, where he managed both client accounts and operations. Ben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Nutrition Foods and Exercise from the Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University, and a Masters of Healthcare Management from Champlain College.
