Ashley is also a certified pharmacy technician (CPhT) with expertise in store operations, customer experience and team member engagement. Prior to XiFin, Ashley managed pharmacy and retail operations at Walgreens.
Michael Murphy
Senior Advisor for State Government Affairs American Pharmacists Association
E. Michael Murphy, PharmD, MBA is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Pharmacy at The Ohio State University College of Pharmacy and the Senior Advisor for State Government Affairs at the American Pharmacists Association. In these roles, he teaches, conducts research, and advocates across the country for increased patient access to pharmacist-provided care. He previously was a part of the team working at the Ohio Pharmacists Association on the implementation of legislation covering pharmacists’ services by the state Medicaid program.
Kristi Fowler

Kristi Fowler, BSPharm, Director, Medicaid Pharmacy Growth & Innovation for UnitedHealthcare Community & State, received her degree from the Medical University of South Carolina College of Pharmacy. She previously practiced pharmacy in retail and home infusion and, since 2016, has supported Managed Medicaid at United Healthcare. She also serves on the Virginia Medicaid Drug Utilization Review Board. Mrs. Fowler is a recipient of the 2021 NASPA Excellence in Innovation Award for her efforts to improve patient care in rural and underserved populations through the advancement of the profession of pharmacy. Kristi is currently leading the national pharmacist enrollment process for UnitedHealthcare Community & State and continually advocating support for pharmacy-led programs.
