XiFin Pharmacy Solutions Appoints David Pope, PharmD, CDE Chief Innovation Officer

Dr. Pope will lead the company’s efforts to develop innovative solutions that support the evolving role of pharmacy in healthcare delivery

DALLAS, TX – October 1, 2019:  XiFin Pharmacy Solutions, a technology company focused on innovative solutions for the retail pharmacy industry, announced today that David Pope, PharmD, CDE is the company’s new chief innovation officer.

As a pharmacist and Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), Dr. Pope is dedicated to improving patient care through innovative ideas. He brings with him over a decade of experience in pharmacy consulting, medical informatics, transitions of care, publications, independent pharmacy practice and the integration of clinical services in the retail pharmacy space. Prior to joining XiFin Pharmacy Solutions, David helped co-found STRAND Clinical Technologies, the U.S. market leader in helping pharmacists launch clinical services within their community. Pope holds a Doctor of Pharmacy from the University of Georgia.
